I was in a terrible situation when I needed this tankless water heater. Customer service took the time to make sure to keep me updated, as this is when the midwest was hit by winter weather and I'm sure they were slammed with orders, inquiries and calls. I will most definitely buy from Tankless Water Heater Depot again if I ever have the need. I installed the unit as soon as it arrived and my family and I had hot water again!
