The Rheem tankless water heater is wonderful. Always have hot water when you need it, and never run out. The only down side is that it takes a while for the water to heat up, but other than that, I would never go back to a standard water heater. It is also money saving, because it doesn't have a pilot light which stays on, even if you are not using the hot water.
