When my order arrived, I thought I would not need one of the items and called to see if I could return it. Richard Romano answered my call and explained that I could return the item; but the item was necessary for the proper functioning of my product. He also explained why. I now have a properly functioning product, since I decided to use the item. It works very well and I am very happy with it.
