swicthed out our tank to tankless went with rheem gas outdoor. home owner can install with basic plumbing knowledge.took me day to install due to i had to run gas and water line.if u dont know plumbing u can save money hire handy man very pleased with purchase.also thos unit does not need any vent pipes. save money on that.
