Unit came damaged. Box is intact.
Now arguing with Tankless Water Heater Depot regarding what was written in the lengthy "Refund and Exchange Policy for Damaged Products".
I did wonder why I had to agree to this strange policy. Now I know.
Next time, I'll go to Home depot, the going back and forth is not worth the $100 I saved.
