When I received my tape refills, every single one of the cores was warped. Anson immediately responded to my email and sent new refills, but there was no label to return the defective ones so I had to email again. In the end I was satisfied with my purchase and especially the price point, but it was more of a hassle than I'd anticipated. Not sure if I'll order again.
