I've been using the Tape Depot for years now, and I just recently was having a problem with the tape not dispensing correctly. I called Chris at The Tape Depot and he walked me through some solutions, but to no avail. Finally he suggested it could be my ATG gun. So to my surprise he sent me a brand new one (NO CHARGE)!!! Well, it worked like a charm. What GREAT customer service! I have a small greeting card shop on Etsy and The Tape Depot will have my business for life.
