A group of us went together to purchase a case because of better pricing & free shipping. I arrived home on a Saturday to find a message from the Post Office stating I had a package and I owed $13.?? I contacted the Customer Service on Sunday morning and received a response within minutes! They said it was a mistake, yes, it was free shipping, they would look into it and get back with me. The following Tuesday, I received a message, our tape was put into a USPS box instead of UPS. Would it be okay if they credited my card for the shipping cost? This is the second time we’ve done a group tape buy; it won’t be our last!
