I don’t normally leave reviews, and to be honest it’s not the product that is why I’m leaving a review; albeit the card works well and is what I expected, so have no complaints there.
No, the real reason I’ve decided to take a few minutes out of my schedule to leave a review is that the customer service offered by Tapzo is outstanding.
I had a complicated multi part order that required a few sales calls as well as back and forths via email. The sales person I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional and clearly knew what they were talking about.
Since then I’ve sent several support emails asking for assistance setting up the 200+ accounts we have with Tapzo. Each query I had was resolved swiftly.
Yes the card is great, yes it shares my details, but I’m not that excited by that because…well it’s a business card…it should do that. It would be a bit awkward if it didn’t. You don’t get kudos for doing what’s expected.
Over the past couple years since covid, I’ve noticed a real fall in quality of proffesional individuals, there’s always an excuse or a reason for stuff going poorly. Luckily there are still companies that exist that remind me of better days for customer relations and service. Tapzo is very much one of these hidden gem companies.
