“Such a cool concept, really enjoyed using the card at a local coffee shop today. At first I was a little nervous as up to that point I had only used the card myself on my own phone. But to my surprise it was easy to use and wasn’t awkward like I was worried it may be. Person was so impressed that I think you guys may have an order incoming soon from them, you’re welcome!😆”

“Tapzo was the best out of a small bunch of suppliers we shortlisted and received sample cards from. After a week of discussions with all the suppliers we went ahead with Tapzo because they were affordable, clear with their communication and just edged the quality front with the nicest feeling cards out of the bunch. Setting up the 60+ cards was a breeze and even reordering another card for a last minute hire went smoothly. The whole team and directors are impressed and are excited to utilise this into their workflow.”

“It’s not often that I leave a review but the customer service offered by Tapzo left me being the one asking if I could leave a review as I was blown away by the patience and politeness of Deivid who helped me place my order and answer my 100 questions. You can always tell the quality of service offered by how they treat you when placing a small order and Tapzo deserves some recognition.”

“I have been asked to leave a review, so where do I begin… firstly it’s refreshing to recieve such excellent customer service. Everyone is somewhat nice these days due to being PC but it always feels very rushed and surface level. I spoke with Deivid the founder on the phone for 20 minutes. He was patient, polite, very knowledgable and just a great chap. Answered all my questions, suggested I went with the cheaper printed option as I would be around water all the time which for the wood cards isn’t reccomended which makes sense. He then gave a bunch of design suggestions which was very appreciated as when we spoke he mentioned he had been a graphic designer for 18 years prior to starting Tapzo. I felt taken care of, listened to and not just heard and could feel the passion Deivid is putting into the company. I was shocked that I recieved this level of care for such a small order. Fast forward just a couple days later and my card arrived in the post. Wow! What a brilliant tool! My first impressions are that it looks fantastic and works just as well. The best way I can describe the card is that it feels like a mix of a business card, a link in bio profile and a contactless bank card. I’m able to share a lot more info than I could ever fit onto a regular business card. I’ve also as well as added my details, added a few custom buttons that are linked to various actions people can take such as booking a meeting with me and downloading our latest reports. So now when I tap my card it’s a leads machine! Yes it won’t make you the best sales person in the world. But as with any tool, it’s who and how they use it. This contactless business card is the best purchase I made for my business since LinkedIn Nav. If you’ve been considering this contactless card, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed going with Tapzo.”

“I appreciate the fast delivery and smooth process handled by the sales team. I was in need of several cards urgently for an event so I spoke with the sales team who were able to upgrade the order to urgent and dispatch via a faster shipping method. The cards look sleek and function very well. I will be coming back soon in the next few weeks for more cards for the rest of our staff.”

“I was let down by Vice and decided to give NFC cards one last shot. I’m so glad I found Tapzo. The difference in overall service is night and day. Yes, Vice’s platform might look slightly more modern at first glance, but paying a monthly fee just to have a business card? That makes no sense. You set up your details once and rarely log in again, so what exactly are you paying for? Ironically, while Vice’s backend dashboard looks sleek, the actual profile you share with others looks incredibly outdated. Clunky icons make a design that feels like it’s from 2010, and honestly, not a great first impression. Tapzo is the reverse. The setup platform is a little more basic (though still totally fine and not ugly), but the profile that your network actually sees when you tap the card, is modern, elegant, and clearly designed with intention. It looks professional and sharp, exactly what you want when sharing your info. And as for the actual card printing, Tapzo wins hands down. Vice only prints your logo. I tried to send them my card deisgn I had from my old paper cards but they didn't like that and suggested only a logo. Tapzo gives you a full edge to edge, high quality print of anything you want. They both offer a free design service which is nice, but as mentioned above, all Vice is doing is adding your logo to a coloured background. For me, it’s a no brainer. Tapzo is the better product, the better experience, and the better choice.”

“Since switching to Tapzo just over a month ago, we’ve saved over £500, and cut 87kg CO2! We are now ready to switch our 500+ staff over to Tapzo. I urge any business that is serious about networking to consider doing the same as there really is no better way.”
