Your delay caused me to not order thru your company EVER AGAIN! I will go to a walk-in store or thru Amazon prime from this point on. Your sorry apology is not accepted! Very disappointed. I ordered this on the 5th of December 2024 and today is the 12th of December 2024, the items have NOT left your warehouse as of today. Your issue not the customers issue. You have the nerve to send me a email about the delay after waiting over 1hr and 20 mins on hold. Where is the compensation? O wait..here is a B.S apology email after talking to a representative that will not get his supervisor on the phone either.
