I only wanted to see if I could claim my petrol back I didn't ask for a tax refund as I wasn't aware I was eligible for one. I was a bit confused with the paperwork sent me, I had 3 different lots with 3 different figures on which I thought I was receiving the amount on each but I never. I called the office and they explained it to me but I also wasn't aware I would be charged a fee out of my tax rebate when I never actually asked for it in the first place. If I was going to be charged I would have done it myself..! Also I'm still waiting for my P60's which have not been returned to me yet..! Overall I think there wasn't much communication or explanation of the handling of my case seeing as I never asked for it in the first place..!
