“This platform is a prime example of poor service and unprotessionalism. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than actually providing support. “They provided extremely poor service. I was unable to take my money out. I had experienced a problem with TAXREFUND when my tax refund was lost. I filed a support ticket, but they never got back to me, and I was unable to get my money back. Throughout the whole process, I never received any attention from the customer service. Thanks to , MADACOVI. CO and their firms which helped me to recovered my tax refund for me.”
