“I requested a withdrawal two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for the funds to be transferred to my bank account. Shortly after my request, the money in my wallet inexplicably disappeared. “They provided extremely poor service. I was unable to take my money out. I had experienced a problem with TAXREFUND when my tax refund was lost. I filed a support ticket, but they never got back to me, and I was unable to get my money back. Throughout the whole process, I never received any attention from the customer service.
