Customer service was excellent. Guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable about batteries, explained that in his opinion it would be worth going for bit of extra power as I had electric hood on my old BMW 330ci and then saved me money by explaining that the 2 batteries that I was looking at were essentially the same so why not go for cheaper one. Battery came next day, easy to fit and car runs like a dream again.
