“Ordered something for next day delivery at 1pm. They supposedly guarantee NDD if ordered before 3pm. I contacted them at 5:30pm to confirm it had been shipped.
That's when tayna decided to outright lie to me, saying it had been shipped; even though it had yet to be picked. I only found this out the next day when I called them up, and the rep mentioned it had yet to be picked.
Then when I went to cancel the order, as it wouldn't arrive in time. I was informed that in the 2 minutes between me being told it hadn't been picked and requesting a cancellation, that it had been picked and packed, and I'd have to reject the delivery for a refund.
This company is outright deceitful, and if you're in a time sensitive situation like I was, I would advise going elsewhere, as these guys will not give you a straight answer when things go south.”

“I always go to Tayna batteries for new car batteries. This time I was able to order a suitable battery at a great price for a known brand. I must say that the delivery was a bit slow this time (usually I get next day delivery)but the company did state that they were under pressure over the Christmas/New Year holidays but nevertheless the delivery was slow. “Good service - excellent technical information however Tayna refused to honour their 5 year guarantee when my Varta battery failed after less than 4. I had the battery checked at a local Kwik Fit depot with a commercial Bosch tester and sent a photo showing U/S results. I then returned my battery at my expense. After a week the response was that my battery was ok and what did I want them to do with it - so I told them!!.
In spite of their competitive pricing would not use again. I should mention this was a few months ago so perhaps things have changed.
