“I have purchased two different Exide batteries from this company. One arrived within 24 hours, the other within 48. Both were well wrapped. Both have been fitted, both work well so far. Website is clear to use, payment options good. I haven't tried customer services but I think they would be good too because everything else seems to be. I fitted the car batteries myself. With parts and fitting, I saved £100 than If I had bought them from Halfords!”

I ordered battery 7 days ago as they say next day delivery and they also charge you for that delivery, absolute night mare of a company and the DX company they use for delivery is even worse, you can not contact DX directly it has to be the sender who contacts them, it was down for delivery on Tuesday and never arrived, ended up contacting Tayna by email Wednesday morning 9am they said they would chase up and never got back to me. I ended up having to call them late afternoon just to be told it would be delivered today, then received a text from DX saying unable to deliver today and gave a link to re book delivery, luckily I paid with PayPal and now I’ve cancelled order and raised dispute and will never use this company again”

“Ordered something for next day delivery at 1pm. They supposedly guarantee NDD if ordered before 3pm. I contacted them at 5:30pm to confirm it had been shipped.
That's when tayna decided to outright lie to me, saying it had been shipped; even though it had yet to be picked. I only found this out the next day when I called them up, and the rep mentioned it had yet to be picked.
Then when I went to cancel the order, as it wouldn't arrive in time. I was informed that in the 2 minutes between me being told it hadn't been picked and requesting a cancellation, that it had been picked and packed, and I'd have to reject the delivery for a refund.
This company is outright deceitful, and if you're in a time sensitive situation like I was, I would advise going elsewhere, as these guys will not give you a straight answer when things go south.”
