Excellent customer service as paid for a yuasa battery,but within 5 minutes of placing the order was informed that the battery wasn't available on a long term basis and was given another suitable option which I went for, partial refund was instant back to my account and battery arrived to me in less than a full day from ordering perfectly packaged tight to prevent being knocked around on transit,if could would give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended company and my Harley instant fire up in 0 degrees temperature.
