I have just purchased a car battery from Tanya. I found the whole experience very easy. The web site is excellent, it's really informative and makes the choice of battery straightforward. I did however have question and used their chat system. I got a prompt, helpful and polite reply from Will. The battery arrived promptly in superb packaging. Looks great and functions perfectly. Finally, the price was exceptionally low for such a quality product
