The overall service as an on-line buyer was very good and the battery arrived very quickly. My one complaint is that where the battery was listed it stated that postage was £7.99 but when it came to making my payment the postage was £9.99. It could be because I live on the Isle of Wight that the extra £2 was added to the cost but no explanation was given at the point of purchase.
