I’ve contacted Tanya Batteries about the delay, but the situation remains unresolved. While they claim the item has been dispatched, that doesn’t help when the product hasn’t actually reached me. This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially when I relied on the “next-day” delivery promise. I’ve used Tanya Batteries before without issue, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. At this point, I’d expect either a firm delivery date or a full refund. My car has been immobile throughout this ordeal, and I regret not buying locally instead.
