The product descriptions on the website were good, prices were very competitive and the ordering process was straightforward. The item was delivered very promptly the next day and was well packaged. The product quality seems very good and first indications are that it is out-performing the OEM version with a longer run-time on the UPS. I am very pleased and will certainly use Tanya Batteries again.
