After having a problem starting, I contacted TANYA as I had only had the battery for 6 Months they were very quick to respond to my request for a more powerful battery. Within a week I had received the replacement and a refund for the difference. I have also passed this information on to the LEXUS owners club who were very thankful. I would give them 6 stars . Excellent ******
