I bought a dress from the TBDress website based on its size suggestions and recommendations on measuring before buying. The dress did not fit. At no point did I provide my own measurements for them to make a dress for me. The reason I mention this is their justification for not accepting returns or even offering a refund is that each dress is made for individual buyers. In general the size guide on the website does not match the dimensions the dress come in - I have made two purchases so far (the first was just about manageable) but neither really fit. There was no consistency in the returns policy on the website. When I checked while ordering and once again while negotiating returns with the team via email, the returns policy link on website did not lead to any webpage. Not surprisingly, after I raised this on email, the next time I looked, a vague returns policy page through the same link!
