“TBdress' shipping affiliate is Soom Shop. They are scammers who claim to offer free shipping beyond their region in China (i.e., the U.S.A.). In my case, the price of the item was so low that free shipping from China was not feasible. At this point, they have my money and I have no item. They continue to ignore my emails. If their deal seems "too good to be true", it probably isn't. My advice is to pay more and GET what you pay for. It's far better than spending your money for nothing.”

“The company is a complete fraud! I ordered a wedding dress, which was ridiculously large around the bust and not the size I ordered! They refuse to give me a full refund even though their policy states it. They keep trying to offer me a discount of 30 USD for a dress, that cost 200 USD. If I were to send it back I have to cover the shipping cost and would get refunded 40% of the original price, outrageous! The company declares their location in the UK, which means they should know that the UK protects customer rights with 30 days return policy for faulty goods and you have the right to receive a full refund. But my payment went to china and the dress was shipped from China as well. Do not buy here ever!”

“I ordered end of January And spent about $300 . They sent ONE order And IT WAS SUCH POOR QUALITY AND LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES . And now it is MID April and they REFUSE TO SEND THE REST of the OTHER FIVE ORDERS . 200 e-mails have been exchanged and Each e-mail the dumb ( pretends to be dumb ) woman with a fake made up American name is answering some question no one asked her but she made up in her Scam filled head .. That’s a lot of money to loose . TB DRES IS SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. TB DRESS IS FRAUD FRAUD AND THEY ARE IN CHINA HA HA HA HA WHAT DOES ANYONE expect FROM CHINA BUT FRAUD AND SCAM AND CORONA VIRUS !! They have fake pictures on TB DRESs site and nothing will be ok with any company based in CHINA ! They are ALLLLLLL scam . Read up reviews and it’s alll companies based in CHINA THAT ARE CHEATING SCAMMERS ! Chinese companies allllllll scam all fraud. NEVER BUY FROM ANY COMPANY BASED IN CHINA ! Had bad experience with other companies and they are also scammers . Always read reviews always read reviews and find out where the company you are about to give your. Obey to is based . If it’s CHINA , NEVER EVER BUY FORM CHINA BASED COMPANY EVER .”

“I bought a dress from the TBDress website based on its size suggestions and recommendations on measuring before buying. The dress did not fit. At no point did I provide my own measurements for them to make a dress for me. The reason I mention this is their justification for not accepting returns or even offering a refund is that each dress is made for individual buyers. In general the size guide on the website does not match the dimensions the dress come in - I have made two purchases so far (the first was just about manageable) but neither really fit. There was no consistency in the returns policy on the website. When I checked while ordering and once again while negotiating returns with the team via email, the returns policy link on website did not lead to any webpage. Not surprisingly, after I raised this on email, the next time I looked, a vague returns policy page through the same link!”
