Ordered and paid for a drone on 6-2-21...according to the website it was UK stock and would be delivered in 5-8 working days. On the 3-3-21 after having sent numerous messages asking for the promised tracking info and receiving no replies I went through the resolution centre with PayPal requesting a refund. 3 days before the cut off time to reply to them A1 actually gave me tracking info which showed that the item had been dispatched on the 10-3-21, 23 working days after I'd paid for it. Way too late for the birthday present I'd bought it for. Doesn't seem the right way to do business when you have to get a third party involved to give a business a kick up the ass to stop their attempt at theft. Long story short, don't bother with A1Smartshop.
