I am extremely impressed with the quality of service from this team and look forward to buying more items from them.
I have been in lots of conversations with theSmartShop as my requirements were 'unique' and every single person I talked to was so helpful, if they didn't know the answer they passed me on to someone that did, there was no passing me from one person to another it was straight to the person that knew the answer or a call back, and they always called back. I'm very impressed!
