I recently purchased a battery powered glue gun from TDN PDR TOOLS and there was wee bit of confusion on my part as to which battery would fit to power the glue gun successfully for me to use. I contacted TDN and left a voicemail. Within hrs I had a response from Jordan about the problem. He was out of the country on a tool conference / show..., but that didn't halt the progress of sorting out my issue. Within a couple of days I had pics and part numbers for the correct dewalt battery for the new glue gun. Even the size of battery I should use depending on my useage of the glue gun.
