My Dietition recommended that I take at least a table spoon of cider vinegar for Irritable Bowel.
BUT it was SO bitter that even in a glass of water it was very unpleasant.
As a long term customer of Tea Gardens Kombucha I was aware they made a flavoured ACV - so I ordered a mixed box to try.
Not only do I like all the flavours - I have managed to stop taking the Proton Pump Inhibitor tablets that I have been on for over 20 years and My IBS is much better!
I am ordering more!
