I've tried a few of the more available brands of kombucha but never liked them enough to buy them again. I tried Tea Gardens at a local cafe and loved it.
I've been on antibiotics for nearly 10 weeks after getting staph from a hip replacement surgery and the Tea Gardens Kombucha has helped calm my stomach and try to level out some of the issues caused to my gut by the long term antibiotics.
