I made my own for 3 years, the picture is of my batch 79.
When I stopped I had to find a supply that was as good as the kombucha that I used to make.
Luckily I found Tea Gardens Kombucha and I use their Kombucha as a coffee/tea substitute and their protein/amino versions as part of my exercise habits.
I have visited their factory twice and was glad to see that they are improving their facilities.
