I recently negatively reviewed my last delivery of kabucha because 3 of the 4 flavours were not what I ordered. I erroneously assumed they had been substituted because my chosen ones were out of stock. In fact this was an unusual slip up in the packing department and all has been resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to order from this 5 star company. Best product I have found..
