As a Type 1 diabetic I have not been able to drink any sugar laden drinks for two decades as they send my blood sugars sky high and I avoid chemical sweeteners such as aspartame. A work colleague put me onto the Tea Gardens kombucha, and I love it. I buy the mixed flavours and I can drink it without worrying about my blood sugars spiking. I have tried a few other kombucha drinks but I love the lack of vinegary taste and the delicious flavours with the Tea Gardens Kombucha. Free delivery is a bonus! The only issue I have with them is that my husband keeps drinking them!!! 😣
