When i placed my order online for the mixed carton, i mistakenly ordered the hemp instead of the normal Kombucha. I called your office on the first working day after the order was placed and spoke to a lady who answered the phone. Unfortunately I did not get her name but her service was over and above the normal service that you receive from people on line. She went out to the warehouse and corrected the order, suggested that if i increased my order slightly then it would be cheaper per bottle, which I did. She then cancelled my original purchase and re invoiced me at the new rate, . While all this was going on she remained helpful, polite and friendly, This woman is a definite asset to your business, and the product is pretty good too Cheers Bryan Roles
