I somehow ‘stumbled’ across this site and I’m so glad I did. As I’m on pension being able to buy smaller amounts of tea is brilliant. I have now designated a shelter for my teas. Such an awesome varied range to buy from. However, apart from all that the customer service I have received from Toby has been fantastic. He certainly has made me, a new tea drinker and pathetic user of site a welcome person on site. I would not hesitate to recommend this site, in fact I have done verbally to another of people
