So to start off with the manger Chris needs to learn some customer service. The way Chris spoke to me and my friend I felt like I was back in school again. A couple of the staff need better training while the race is on rather than black flagging everyone. I will be contacting the area manager russ regarding my issues.
First race 11 laps second race 21 laps. Work that out as just shows the amount of issues we had on the track. Management need training in customer service
