“Feel ripped off mainly due to not having 2 x 15 minute races as advertised and paid for.
We guessed something was suspect so decided to time the sessions in between and after our session and it turns out that 8-9 minutes was the max you get, which is significant.
Charge for gloves and balaclavas was ridiculously high, the helmets were falling apart, overalls needed a wash and staff rude.
Will not be going there again”
“So called BIKC as fair to everyone.. Think again
Absolutely the worst experience since 2019.... BIKC was ran so poorly, been bashed so hard that my Rib protector came off, no penalties been given no place reinstated while this all happened in front of the BIKC person.
BIKC is based on favouritism and they shows that they only wanted people with sponsors to go on TV at National, for people that spent over £800 on booking and travelling is just wasting their money because we are just going to get shoved aside like a piece of dirt.
Also found out from other track that they already know their regional track for 2025, to me that out right cheating and unfair for everyone else who have to wait to complete their locals before knowing.

“So to start off with the manger Chris needs to learn some customer service. The way Chris spoke to me and my friend I felt like I was back in school again. A couple of the staff need better training while the race is on rather than black flagging everyone. I will be contacting the area manager russ regarding my issues.
First race 11 laps second race 21 laps. Work that out as just shows the amount of issues we had on the track. Management need training in customer service”
“SHEFFIELD. Zero organisation, our race started 50 minutes after it was scheduled, no offence but the staff run around like headless chickens. Not one of them seems to know whats going on.
The cars need servicing, there is no excuse for badly maintained karts.
19 on the track, with 3 marshals. On a 15 minute race we had 8 laps due to red & yellow flags because too many are on the track and the karts are not maintained properly.
Not good value, poor experiance and staff present in dire need of training. Further understaffed for the number of drivers crammed onto the track (the track is THE only good thing about the place but it isnt worth all the negatives).”
“Fantastic visit to Team Sport Avonmouth. The track is great, if you like Banging in those lap times or racing. Many places to overtake. Long down hill section plus tactical section. If you like driving like Lewis Hamilton or Max Verstappen you will certainly enjoy this track. We enjoyed it so much we became members, 10% off future visits.”
“This review is especially for Kamila, she was so nice throughout the day especially when giving us a briefing before we raced (even though we raced pretty poorly on our first attempt) but she was calm and got us back on for our second race and it went so well!
