“Bristol:- Actual racing was fine although contrary to website which says you do not need to buy their gloves as they have free ones to use we had to purchase gloves. As usual you are instructed to wait in the cafe area until your wristband is called for the briefing. This never happened and it was only after asking several times that people eventually realised the briefing was happening. Given that we did go racing on the hottest day there was no air con or fans in the cafe. There were no clean glasses so other than lukewarm bottled drinks there were no drinks available. Eventually there were clean glasses but they had no coke as it had run out. After waiting for a while then went back and waited at least 15 minutes for 3 pints of beer/cider to be poured as the pump was not working. When eventually served the coke was flat. After the first race nobody could buy anything as the till system had gone down. The staff in the cafe seemed unable to run it properly and were quite rude. This definitely did not make a pleasant experience next time we shall look further afield.”
