Shocking service. Waited over a week to get my Hotpount washing machine fixed. Engineer in and out in 10 minutes. Said it was fixed. Put a wash on. It stopped within 10 minutes. Called straight back and had to wait another week for an appointment. He came today Same Engineer still can't fix it as he doesn't have the part. Over a week to wait again!
I won't be buying another plan from Currys.
