I am a landlord and I have a number of items under the care plan I have been very happy with the service.... But recently they have moved Karen repair call centre over to India And the absolutely useless... They don't seem to want to help and they can't seem to understand me why do all these major companies have car centres in India it's not what customers want it is an infuriating experience
