I have been with Geek Squad (then Carphone Warehouse, then Currys) for some years and they've always been able to resolve tech issues on my PC.
Two days ago, (June 9th), I was once again helped by a guy called Mike, who sorted out various Microsoft issues on my new Lenovo.
I wanted to leave positive feedback on the pop up after his session, but I closed the window in error.
Well done Mike! You were amazing!
