Bought a neff oven that kept going wrong. It simply switched off and lost temperature. Paid for
care plan. Engineer was rude, and completely useless. Said I termittent faults couldn't be diagnosed even with my having videoed it happening. Complained, but never resolved. Result had to buy a new oven. It was supposed to have had a service/clean each year but that never happened either. Upshot is don't buy from currys NEVER buy their care plan as it is worthless.
