We bought 4 big appliances (tumble dryer, oven, hob and hood) but as we just moved house and took long for them to deliver the items, we refused them to be delivered to the old address, so now that has passed more than a month since we bought them, we still don’t receive them!
We have been ringing them several times these days for almost 2 hours each time and they simply don’t answer the phone!! It’s ridiculous!
