It seems as though they are woefully understaffed and disorganised, even taking into account leeway due to the current circumstances (covid 19)
Hours on hold, conflicting messages from social media, email and the brief phone calls i have managed to have with the agents themselves. Will add that they have been courteous whilst actually speaking, but no end product. Seems like no one really knows what they're actually doing
