Very friendly customer service, couldn't have been more helpful! The subwoofer I received was well packaged and arrived faster that expected, which was a nice surprise especially considering the competitive price I purchased it for. I will likely use Tech 4 again if I am looking for audio tech as the ordering experience was very convenient.
