Absolutely awful and rude customer service. They refuse to send me the correct shipping returns form after sending me the wrong item. And after having a conversation with a person called Miranda for the entire day. She has been sending me multiple faulty links and refuses to call me despite saying on the website that you need to ask for them to call you. Never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!! Can’t believe apple sells their products!!!
