“I purchased a evoclear with magsafe from Tech21 for my iPhone on 9/23/23. I have had it not even 3 months when the phone was dropped. The back of the phone cracked down the center. Tech21 does nothing to help with the damages even though the package said was good to 12 ft. This case is worthless do not buy it.”

Your customer service skills are absolutely disgusting you shouldn't even be allowed to take a dog for a walk let alone sending emails
As you have checked already your company had emailed me saying that you are that dumb that your machine was broken or some sort of rubbish like that
and you could not have sent me the label that day able that day
So you set me PRQ code instead and sent me to the nearest drop shop
And you are so dumb you could not even get that right and the queue up right and the QR label did not work and I had to tap in and I had to tap in the letters that were The bottom of the QR Code the gentleman in the shop took the parcel from me after after it had come through
I guess it's not my fault if something has gone wrong you have already admitted that it was your label machine that was broken

“Do not get this case! It does NOT protect your phone. I had mine only 12 days and it's so slippery. It fell out of my pocket landed, on the corner. Boom cracked screen. Also, it really doesn't want to stay on the phone, adhesive is bad along with the design. Tech21 does not stand behind it either. Sure they're sending me a replacement cover for free. Guess what it's the same cover, disappointed in them and the case. Hopefully, Otter Box has a better one.”

“used Tech21 screen protectors for years with no issues. I got a new Samsung Galaxy s21 and ordered a £30 screen protector which is the most I've ver paid, but considering the amount of protection over the years I paid it.
I applied the new screen protector which assured me that the fingerprint print recognition would work. Unfortunately this was untrue, I have tried reregistering my finger prints and it dosnt even acknowledge them anymore. I emailed to make them aware as I thought they should know and asked if there was maybe a chance I could get help or a replacement as £30 is a lot at Christmas to be wasted, especially for a single parent.
They asked for images to be sent which I did as it is still on my phone until the cheaper screen protector from ANOTHER provider I had ordered get delivered. They sent me an email with a YouTube tutorial on how to register my finger print again as if I didn't know how to use my own phone. I've tried this method multiple times but it does not register my fingerprint at all which I've told them.
DO NOT PURCHASE SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR SAMSUNG S21. If 1 can be faulty I assume more can also. Dont waste your money go with another supplier. I'm £30 down and issue unresolved”

“Thanks to this terrible case. My phone is now damaged. Listening to the advice of the person at the phone company store I bought this case. It says protects from drops up to 10ft I never had a problem with cases before so I didn’t think I needed to research it. How in less than 10 months the backside of my phone has cracks the part that should be the most protected in the case. I have never been more disappointed in a case. It’s one thing if the case gets messed up, but when it’s your phone which is less than a year old because the case you bought can’t do its job than that’s a problem. I have never thrown my phone you dropped out a window I’m less than 10 ft tall( -(about 5) so any height I dropped from shouldn’t have been significant. I occasionally drop it out of my pocket or knock it off a table. Nothing that should have caused so much damage. Very disappointed with this product.”
“I made the mistake of thinking that Tech21's au site had an Australian supplier.. My error.
Initially, the item I wanted was out of stock and they were unable to provide a date it would be back. Given the S20 ultra is just out.. you'd think they would have prepared for that!
Anyways.. I ordered one to do for now.. then found it would be 7 to 10 working days.. as I said my mistake because it was coming from the states.
Then they didn't even bother with the order for 4 days.. when they sent me a blank email that was supposed to confirm tracking.. well. there was not tracking because they hadn't sent it.and told me 14 working days when they finally did! . so I requested cancelation . so they messed around a bit more, ignored me and it still hasn't left the country.

“While Tech21 products are superior in quality, the customer service provided when ordering from the company directly is, well, crappy. I was charged for merchandise that did not ship. When I emailed the Tech21 helpdesk, I received an email from someone who is either incompetent, or unequipped to handle a customer service issue and refund. I still have not received a refund, for the merchandise that Tech21 informed me, did not ship. I will likely have to go through the hassle of disputing this charge with my bank. I do not recommend ordering from this company directly.”
