Overall very satisfied. Second iPad ordered from this firm and the latest order arrived OK though unfortunately with an incorrect power adapter. However on request a correct adapter has, with slight delay ( owing to COVID 19 ), now been received.
I believe this firm tries hard to satisfy customers and no doubt in the present climate of severe restrictions difficulties may arise from time to time.
