Bought air pods pro at the end of November. Genuine item at a great price.
Yes the item took longer than advertised however please bear in mind Black Friday, cyber Monday, COVID & Xmas period so is a busy time.
I emailed the company twice and received polite, specific responses and when item dispatched was given tracking number.
