I have used them for a number of items now. I have bought 2 iPads and an apple watch. In both cases the delivery is a little slower than I would like (just long enough to worry that its not coming), however that is more my impatience (too used to Amazon). Each time I have found the customer services to be responsive, and actually the items have all arrived in perfect condition, with not complaints. Over all the price has been excellent, which is why I keep using them.
