guess they are not to blame
Today I finally received the iPad I ordered in early December.
It was meant to be a Christmas present but maybe I took my action too late so the parcel got stuck and stuck for a long time due to the holiday season.
Luckily, their customer service team keep updating me about the order, even provide compensation for the late delivery.
