Ordered a Boox Note 3 on the 15th of November, I have been immediately provided with a tracking number that never worked... the item never arrived.
I have been given all sort of excuses... after almost 2 months I applied for a refund and also here excuses...
In the end (after 2 months), I had to claim my money back through PayPal.
Honestly, I have been buying online for a long time and I never experienced such a terrible service.
